"YELLOW GOURDS" 

This is a striking but simple arrangement suitable for your foyer that gives a cheerful welcome.

Materials:

Tall glass container (can also be done in short container)
Small green & yellow gourds
3 Yellow Lilies
3-5 stems Yellow Alstromerias spray-painted yellow
6 Weeping Fountain Grass fronds or something similar
Lg. round Oasis cage

Fill the container with the gourds. Try to put them in at different angles--some up, some down. Place the wet Oasis case on the top fitting into the opening of the container. Place the focal flowers--the Lilies first. Next place the Fountain Grass or other grass; separating them so that each shows from the front as shown. Then fill in with the Alstromerias.
